Just two tablespoons have 8-10 grams of fiber, nearly a quarter of the fiber you’ll need if your recommended intake is 35 grams per day. Fiber is known for improving gut health and helping regulate blood sugar, as well as keep you feeling full longer. Dry chia seeds are also easy to transform into a tasty pudding snack with practically no effort.

High Fiber Dessert Snack

You’ll need dry chia seeds and either water or any milk alternative, such as soy, almond, coconut or hemp. This recipe can be made in almost any quantity as long as you use ¼ cup chia seeds for every cup of water or alternative milk.
